Our Story

Where It All Began

The roots of our Farm were planted in the late 1800's by the Sheridan family, Erin's great-grandparents. The land where Easton Station Farms currently sits today was originally a family dairy farm, but through hard work and sustainable farming techniques we’ve managed to raise healthy, wholesome beef on limited acreage. We have grown to be a reputable breeder of Blonde d'Aquitaine cattle while also providing high quality freezer beef to the area.

Frequently Asked Questions

What Would You Like to Know?

What are your cattle fed?

Our cattle spend their life on green grass enjoying the sunshine all summer and fed local forages during the winter months.
Our beef is tender, full of flavor, without the extra fat.

Are Blonde d'Aquitaine double muscled?

No. Blondes are not double muscled, they simply have a highly developed hind quarter. Their muscle growth requires much less feed input than does bone or fat. Blonde meat marbles, is tender and tasty but does not carry excess external fat

Are you Beef Quality Assurance (BQA) Certified?

Yes! Easton Station Farms are BQA Certified producers meaning we have undergone specific training related to record keeping, safe handling and animal husbandry. You know we are willing to do everything in management to assure we are producing a quality product. We raise healthy cows and calves resulting in wholesome, safe beef.
